Catherine Osborne is the President and CEO of Corporate Harmony™, where she leads the development of virtual solutions for leadership development and organizational culture transformation. Her experience as a Project Manager within fast-paced, high-demand technological environments led her to a critical insight: in today’s complex, chaotic, and ever-evolving organizations, a positive mindset and strength-based behaviors are essential to sustainable performance and wellbeing.
Corporate Harmony’s world-class Positive Presence™ programs reflect this understanding, offering a holistic approach to developing the mental and behavioral skills required for collaboration, connection, and performance excellence. Created to support Canadian healthcare organizations, these programs are now delivered globally across multiple industries.
